How we build
The public site is intentionally conservative about what it promises. Current pages describe the runtime and security controls that exist today, while certification, residency, uptime guarantees, and other enterprise-specific requirements are treated separately.
We describe controls that are implemented and distinguish them from certifications, guarantees, and future enterprise requirements.
Identity, policy, authorization, and evidence belong in the runtime, not in a dashboard that only reports what happened later.
Organizational context should remain useful as teams change models, clients, and tools.
People and organizations should be able to manage, export, and delete the information they store, subject to the service and account configuration.
