1. The service
Zdravo provides software for persistent AI context, memory, retrieval, developer integrations, and AI-agent governance. Features vary by account, plan, and configuration.
2. Accounts and credentials
You are responsible for protecting account credentials and API keys and for activity performed through your account. Do not expose private API credentials in client-side code or source repositories.
3. Your content
You retain rights to content you submit. You authorize Zdravo to store and process that content only as reasonably necessary to provide the requested service, operate security controls, and comply with applicable law.
4. AI output
AI-generated retrieval, summaries, classifications, and decisions can be incorrect. Zdravo is infrastructure, not a substitute for professional judgment. You remain responsible for decisions and actions taken using the service.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to violate applicable law, compromise other users or systems, distribute malicious code, abuse credentials, or intentionally bypass security and access controls.
6. Plans and billing
Paid subscriptions are billed according to the plan and pricing presented at purchase. Pricing and plan features may change with reasonable notice. Cancellation affects future renewals according to the applicable billing terms.
7. Availability
Zdravo provides a live status page for current component health. Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, public website descriptions are not contractual uptime guarantees.
8. Changes and termination
We may modify the service or these terms as the product evolves. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially violate these terms or create security or legal risk.
