1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Zdravo AI ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this Service.
2. Description of Service
Zdravo AI is a platform that allows users to capture, save, and organize memories from AI conversations. The Service includes our bookmarklet, web application, and related tools.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, store, and display that content in connection with providing the Service to you.
5. AI-Generated Insights (Impossible Insights)
The Service includes "Impossible Insights," an AI-powered feature that analyzes your saved memories to generate counterintuitive patterns, connections, and observations.
- Nature of Insights: AI-generated insights are probabilistic interpretations based on patterns in your data. They may not always be accurate or applicable to your situation.
- No Professional Advice: Insights are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.
- Sharing Responsibility: You are solely responsible for any insights you choose to share publicly. We are not liable for how others interpret or act on shared insights.
- Data Usage: Insights are generated in real-time and are not stored permanently. Your memory content is processed solely to generate insights for your benefit.
6. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the rights of others
- Submit false or misleading information
- Distribute malware or other harmful content
- Engage in any activity that could harm the Service
7. Subscriptions, Billing & Payment
- Paid plans: Certain features require a paid subscription. Prices are shown at checkout and are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected) through our payment processor, Stripe.
- Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless cancelled before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal.
- Price changes: We may change subscription prices. We will give you reasonable advance notice, and changes take effect at your next renewal.
- Taxes: Prices are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
8. Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing settings or the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access to paid features until the end of your current paid period.
- Refunds: Except where required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or unused features.
- Discretionary refunds: We may, at our sole discretion, grant refunds on a case-by-case basis. To request one, contact shqiprim@zdravo.ai.
- Statutory rights: If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that grants mandatory withdrawal or refund rights (e.g., the EU/UK), those rights are not affected by this section.
- Failed payments: If a payment fails, we may suspend or downgrade your account after a grace period and reasonable retry attempts.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Missouri shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of the protection of the mandatory laws of their state or country of residence.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
